Please be advised the Munch & Move program practice areas are due to be updated in 2026. Modifications will be made to Munch & Move training to align with the updated practices when they are released.

A Spotlight on Munch & Move contains 12 modules designed to be completed during your staff meetings. We suggest at least one module is completed each month, with modules taking approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
