When preparing content to share with families, you can use the tiles and text below as a guide. Consider including the following statement alongside your Munch & Move news snippets:

"At [Service Name], we follow the Munch & Move program - an evidence-based NSW Health initiative that promotes healthy eating, physical activity, and reduced screen time for children aged 0–5 years. This program supports your child’s health and wellbeing while they are in our care.

We’ll be sharing simple, practical tips on topics like nutrition (including breastfeeding), active play, and screen time that you can easily use at home. If you'd like to learn more, feel free to chat with us during drop-off or pick-up!"

News snippet example

Packing a balanced lunchbox is key to keeping your child energised and ready to learn and play! Aim to include a variety of foods from the five food groups: vegetables, fruit, whole grains, dairy (such as milk, yoghurt, or cheese), and protein-rich foods.
