Increasing opportunities for outdoor free play

 

 

This program is designed to help your service enhance opportunities for outdoor free play. The support package includes:

  • An Information Webinar (30 min) where you will:
    • Learn about the positive findings from the Get Outside. Get Active (GOGA) research
    • Hear the latest on the benefits of outdoor free play. 
    • Gain insights in to how outdoor free play links to the NQS & EYLF.
    • Learn how to implement more outdoor free play at your service using an indoor/outdoor approach.
  • An Action Plan Workbook - to help you reflect and identify ways to increase outdoor free play at your service and embed into your program.

  • A Summary Video about this initiative to increase outdoor free play - for sharing with your team (13 minutes).
  • Education Resources and Communications including:
