Be right back - Gone adventuring!!

Going on a scavenger hunt encourages children to connect with nature outdoors. This activity not only helps children be physically active but it's also an opportunity to recognise letters, count objects, fine motor skills to tick the box and language development as you talk about the world around you.

Click the image and download a copy of the scavenger hunt, head outside and try to sport as many different insects and plants as possible.

The 24-Hour Movement Guidelines for children aged 0-5 years recommend a balance of physical activity, sedentary behaviour, and sleep, for healthy growth and development.
